Windows 7 Iso Download For Virtual Box

I have also tried to install windows 7 32 bit in virtual box. The above error as asked by Chister S happens when you eject the Disk G (it may be different depending upon your system DVD Type)...

This was my personal experience...

Now I have a question... When I created new virtual machine in virtual box every thing was fine. windows copied the file and expanded ... and so on.. but after few seconds it again started to load the files.

I cancelled this process.

Now I again created windows 7 32 (name of Virtual Machine) and like normal process it started creating virtual drive... Now I forgot to load windows iso file in Drive G. it gave only option of F (empty floppy disk). I pressed the OK ( I knew that It will say no bootable file found.) Now close the virtual machine ( windows 7 32 named) and started again. now when I press F12 it giver following options.

I checked all these by pressing 1 or f or c or b one by one but the same error coming no bootable found as depicted below

Assistance required. I know if I delete virtual disk and create it again and then it will ask for G as it is loaded but I don't want to repeat that boring process as it takes a lot of time ( I am creating fixed size virtual hard disk)

any help will be appreciated in this regard...
